I wonder if anyone has encountered a situation where the pH of the brine coming out of the electrolyzer decreases after switching the resin tower. My preliminary assumption is that there is a leak in the valve of the regeneration acid channel, which causes acid to enter the tower while it is waiting for 2 minutes, thereby lowering the pH of the brine. In such a case, the alkaline regeneration of the resin tower will be incomplete, affecting its operating time.
Samples sent to the resin tower and those coming out of the resin tower are taken for testing, for a full analysis. It’s simple – the data speaks for itself.
Is no sampling taken during the acid washing and alkali washing of the resin tower? If acid is lost, the alkalinity during alkali washing will not be high either; it’s better to rely on data obtained from analysis
There are several valves, and there are also vent valves on the acid pipelines; in the event of an internal leak, the leakage will occur through these vent valves, making it easy to detect. This design prevents the aforementioned problems from occurring

This shouldn’t be an effect of temperature; quality inspection and testing analyses take temperature compensation into account! Even a slight increase in the acidity of the brine leaving the electrolyzer has a significant impact!
It is recommended to test first to obtain specific data, and then proceed with production after testing
