How to improve the sealing performance of ultra-low temperature valves

I’m just a beginner; my teacher said that when I was learning * before. One approach is to increase the distance between the stuffing box and the pipeline; another is to subject the valves to cryogenic treatment, so that the material deforms under low-temperature conditions. If there are any leaks, they can be repaired, and only then can the valves leave the factory
Use cryogenic long-neck valves, making sure to tighten them properly when cold.
Is it an internal leak? Filler leak? Flange leak? Still……
