Calculation of evaporation volume

If I only know the specifications of the reactor, the type of mixing used, the pressure of steam in the jacket, and that the material is mainly toluene, how can I calculate the amount of evaporation inside the reactor? A beginner in the chemical industry seeking advice; extremely grateful
If the reflux ratio is 1:1, then the amount of evaporation should be equal to the amount taken out plus the amount of reflux = amount of evaporation.
