Hydrogen production is a major energy consumer, primarily due to the consumption of gas; controlling the thermal efficiency of the conversion furnace is key, and attention should also be paid to water consumption.

Our conversion furnace does not have zirconia installed, so it is difficult to determine the extent of any deviations in the air supply to the furnace; adjustments can only be made based on temperature and flame conditions.
