1. For the remote pressure transmitter of the liquid ammonia storage tank (design pressure: 2.5 MPa, diameter: 3 meters), what type of process interface should be used – flange type or 1/2 NPT? It would be good to also mention the relevant instruments and valves；
The measurement pipeline doesn’t need to be cooled, right? Ammonia is toxic, irritating, and corrosive; it’s better to use flange connections. Using Hastelloy for the transmitter diaphragm is no problem. For the primary valve, a needle valve or gate valve will suffice, while a 316 stainless steel ball valve will work well for the secondary valve. Let’s see how the experts recover
