LNG storage tank installation, no installation bolts required

For the 60m3 horizontal LNG storage tank, during the foundation construction, no holes were pre-installed or reserved, which meant that the installation company simply lifted the tank into place without securing it. Since the storage tank weighs about 20 tons on its own, plus the liquid inside, it is very heavy. May I ask if it’s possible not to fix it permanently? If we need to fix it again now, it will require a lot of work and pose significant challenges in terms of construction.
No one has answered this? Are you the contractor or the owner? There are no drawings for the structural engineering field; it is necessary to construct according to the drawings. Whoever is at fault should take responsibility
Our project also has a vertical storage tank with a capacity of 5000; it doesn’t have any pre-drilled holes, but it does have anchoring straps. I think your tank should at least have anchoring straps – hope this helps you.
The property owners will hold people accountable; if an accident occurs, many people will be held responsible.
