Our company’s safety valves require a delayed calibration. However, according to requirement B6.3.2 of the \"Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Safety Valves,\" extending the calibration cycle for safety valves necessitates meeting five conditions; the fourth of these conditions is that both online inspection and online testing of the safety valves must show that they meet the required standards for use. I would like to ask if online testing and online verification are the same concept. How is online testing carried out, and what parameters need to be checked?

Online testing is possible; no tension sensor is required – the force acts on the spring at the top of the safety valve, so the safety valve does not need to activate
It’s a very meaningful post; let’s all contribute and discuss it. For now, we still conduct verification once a year, giving priority to offline verification; if that’s not possible, then online verification is used. The delayed calibration required by the regulations is basically not feasible. It’s completely ineffective. . . Many of the regulations in Greater China are formulated behind closed doors, resulting in poor enforceability. . .
