How is pressure testing carried out on socket weld valves on site?
Generally, there is no suppression or random inspection, unless it is a professional laboratory bench
They can be suppressed simultaneously; remember, we could suppress over a dozen at a time back then
If there are over ten, 20% will be sampled; if there are less than ten, two will be sampled.
A top-pressure testing machine is used; if no such machine is available, the method of using blind flanges at both ends along with cross-tightening screws is employed
