Seeking help with water treatment power supply

Hello, expert! I work on electrical automation projects, and currently I am working on a water treatment control system that requires a power supply of +/- DC50V for the electric spray tower and water tank, with a capacity of around 100A. Used in the electrocoagulation process for water electrolysis. The system is equipped with a PLC and a touch screen; it is required to set a voltage of 0~50V on the touch screen for linear output. (It is preferable to have constant voltage and constant current functions.) May I ask if there are any recommended DC power supply solutions for this type of system? Linear!
Such cabinets are available from manufacturers, but they’re not cheap
