How to test the performance of 3500/42 card assemblies?

How do everyone measure the performance of the 3500/42 and 3500/40 card models? How often does testing need to be done? Thank you
I’ve really never done performance testing on card modules
We have carried out inspections on the DCS system, including tests of the performance of the cards and checks of the channels; these inspections are done once every three years, and they are carried out by the DCS manufacturer. As for the 3500 model, you can consult the manufacturer of that equipment; they can get in touch with the supplier to see if it’s possible to conduct an inspection. We have two sets of 3500 units, but we’ve never had them inspected yet
I consulted the manufacturer at 3500, who said no testing was needed, but the factory requires testing of the card components. It’s quite annoying
