The positioner used in our company is the original Korean-made YTC YT1000 RDm131 model. Recently, it was observed that the flame resulting from the combustion of hydrogen gas emitted by this pneumatic positioner would sometimes become larger and then smaller, almost going out. We’re not sure whether the problem lies with the positioner itself or some other factor. Could everyone help discuss what might be causing this issue? Is it possible to repair it? If so, how? And where can it be repaired?
Is the flame from hydrogen combustion fluctuating in size, getting larger and then smaller, on the verge of going out? Is there fluctuation in the pressure output from the regulator?
Suggestion: Start with the structure of YT1000, its working principle, the components that make up its gas circuit, and so on. Find an instruction manual to look at.

There are many reasons that could lead to such a result; I’m not sure what basis you have for concluding that the locator is damaged

If the valve position is fluctuating significantly, it is necessary to check whether the input signal to the actuator is stable, whether the air supply is stable, whether the feedback rod is loose, and whether the valve is operating at a low opening degree. It’s not possible to determine the problem in just one or two sentences; various factors need to be examined one by one.
