Questions about the Clarus 580 GC

Which fellow sailor uses the Clarus 580 or any chromatograph from this series? The chromatograph I have now won’t connect to the workstation, and I couldn’t find any information online regarding this issue with it. Any fellow who is familiar with this chromatography could please give some guidance? I would be extremely grateful. .
First, check whether the workstation’s power supply is working properly and whether the signal connection cables are intact; if that doesn’t work, try installing the workstation
