Pay attention to redundancy in terms of cards, power supply, communication, etc.; use existing stations as references, and prefer foreign brands whenever possible

In terms of brands, the best SIS system suppliers in China are HIMA/TRICON/HONEYWELL; they essentially have a monopoly in the petrochemical industry. For ordinary chemical plants, the quality of these systems isn’t that high. When considering investment options, Yokogawa, Emerson, and Siemens are all good choices. There are also Chinese brands that hold certifications, but their actual performance record is not very good. The selection is usually made directly by the manufacturer, and there are still many factors that need to be taken into consideration.
The TCS-900 SIS from Zhongkong passed TUV certification last year, but it seems there are no yet any results achieved.
It mainly depends on the logic of the design institute; the SIS logic is drawn based on that logic. As for hardware, HIMA’s elop II is already an excellent choice, and SILWORX can also be used
