There are a total of 11 tanks in series in the aeration tank, and sludge accumulation is severe in Tank 6 – there’s a thick layer of it! DO1.0。 And each pool has muddy-colored foam. Some pools have very thick foam! I would like to ask the experts for the reasons and solutions! The COD of the incoming water is 5000!
Increased load caused by excessive aeration. The sudden appearance of large amounts of white or brown foam is most likely due to an increase in water volume or an increase in aeration volume beyond its capacity, which causes some sludge to decompose and attach to the bubbles, increasing their viscosity. Treatment can be carried out by adjusting the water inflow volume or increasing sludge return.
