Seeking help from fellow users regarding the bolts of the equipment supports

There are a set of drawings for the workshop equipment; the legs of one piece of equipment are of type B4 (JB/T 4712.4-2007). The two bolt holes are arranged such that the line connecting them is tangent to the circle formed by the four legs, whereas according to the standards this line should pass through the center of the circle, although this is not explicitly required. I would like to ask if there are any issues with this design, and what impact it might have on the stability of the equipment.
As long as the legs are evenly spaced, the diagonal lines should pass through the center of the device. It’s definitely not good if it doesn’t go through the center of the device; but if the device isn’t large or heavy, it doesn’t matter.
In many cases, the bolt holes for the legs/supports are merely for show; after positioning them properly during lifting, the base plate of the support is simply welded to the platform beam.

It can only be said that this gentleman’s design is quite reasonable! More advanced than the standard! It’s wrong by standard! This is the most reasonable option! All I can say is: the device is more stable!
