The following is what I have gathered so far for reference only: Processing time: 7 working days. Fees and relevant regulations: No fees are charged. Materials that applicants need to submit: 1. Request for price adjustment； 2. Qualification certificates approved by the regulatory authorities of specific industries ； 3. Copy of business license ； 4. Tax registration certificate ； 5. Relevant documents regarding the costs, expenses, taxes, and profits of urban water supply and sewage treatment, as certified based on cost analysis.
