How to calculate the material balance and steam usage for a 30,000 tons/year sulfur recovery unit? Sulfur production using the Claus process, exhaust gas hydrogenation, solvent regeneration – our plant doesn’t operate continuously for a full year; should we calculate it as one month times 12? I don’t even know where the design specification is
Based on 8,000 hours per year, time is reserved for parking and maintenance
