Regarding non-technical replies in technical posts: delete or keep?

For some posts, when replying, attachments are uploaded (whether or not the original poster’s problem is resolved); is it also necessary to reply in order to download those attachments? I took a look at the replies to the technical posts; it’s not meant for technical discussions. In such a case, should one promptly comment and delete the post? Should I stay for the sake of the forum’s popularity and ignore it? Examples are as follows (check the latest threads): 1. Stay. It’s no big deal; it helps boost popularity. It is also a form of recognition and approval for the author. Means of motivation.

Q&A is great; asking questions should be encouraged. Regardless of whether the answers that follow are correct or not, they express everyone’s perspective. Pure irrigation can be likened to a performance on stage with people clapping below! There’s no need to be so strict.
Technical discussions sometimes take a detour, and I think that’s normal, as I often do that. But if it’s not included, only one reply will be sent, or it will just be spam. The rules don’t allow that; I’m not sure if those rules might be relaxed now.
Treat them differently: too clear water holds no fish, but we shouldn’t either indulge a small number of non-mainstream individuals unchecked. . .
Keep it; most of it are just words of thanks, like a greeting when meeting someone – it’s good to keep them.
