An alternative with a corresponding grade can be found; most computer simulation software is developed abroad, and their built-in databases contain data on foreign grades, so it’s possible to find one that is similar. If nothing else works, one can only test it by themselves. Generally, no one has such systematic data; if anyone does, it was obtained through costly testing, and such data is not easily shared.
