Do buried storage tanks require a nitrogen blanket?

For a 25m3 underground ethanol tank, is it necessary to use a nitrogen blanket? Which standards can be referred to for this?
It’s not necessary, right? We didn’t add it to the underground storage tanks.
If your 25m3 underground ethanol tank has purity requirements from a process perspective, no air must mix in. Adding a nitrogen seal can prevent air from getting in. After all, ethanol is not a high-pressure or **liquid, and the 3,000-cubic-meter alcohol tanks we built don’t have a nitrogen seal either.
Personally, I think it’s necessary; firstly, it can prevent evaporation, and secondly, it can stop water from the air from mixing in and affecting purity.
The specifications require this to prevent air from entering when the liquid level drops
From a safety perspective, nitrogen sealing is necessary; from a regulatory standpoint, ethanol does not require nitrogen sealing
