Emerson controller card issues

All the cards in the Emerson controller are frequently reporting errors, but the power supply and controller status lights are normal. Diagnostics show that the power supply shuts down frequently; someone who is familiar with this system please help figure out how to investigate this issue
The power supply often starts up cold. Is your external power supply working properly? Try replacing the power supply module with a spare one.
The external power supply is working properly, and the power modules are redundant; both of them shouldn’t fail at the same time
