The Honeywell PKS printer cannot print automatically anymore

The Honeywell PKS printer will not print automatically. It has been checked that reports can be generated, so the printer is in good condition. Upon checking the Printer option under System Hardware, its status is shown as failed. Restarting the two computers (the station where the printer is installed and the main server) doesn’t work; trying to delete the printer from the configuration and then add it again also doesn’t resolve the issue. Does anyone here have any advice to offer? Thanks! ! !
