The signal transmission device for rotary steering drilling tools controls the variation in the flow rate of drilling mud within the drill string by opening or closing the drilling fluid drainage channels, thereby causing pressure changes and generating pulses in the drilling fluid pressure. System operating pressure: 35 MPa. Pressure pulse amplitude: 3–5 MPa. Slurry pressure measurement accuracy: ±5%. Signal valve switching time: less than 1 second. Dimensions: 2000*800*1000 mm.
