No permission to download post attachments

Why do I still get the message saying “You don’t have permission to use this connection to download attachments” even after I reply to a post? Seeking expert guidance to resolve this confusion
You’re only in the first grade! Just upgrade it and that’s it
What grade is usually required to be able to download it?
Take a look at your user group – it contains your permissions, and reading permission is particularly important; some posts specify the required reading level before an attachment can be downloaded
Basically, most attachments can be provided starting from the second grade, unless otherwise specified
