When filling water, softening water equipment generally encounters the following problems. 1. Excessive water filling in the salt tank: The reasons include A, blockage of the sewage flow control device. B. Clogging of the ejector pipeline. C. The timer does not rotate. D. Foreign objects in the salt suction valve. E. Foreign objects in salt absorption current limiting. F. The power was cut off while filling the salt tank with water. The solutions include A: checking the sewage discharge channel. B. Clean the injector and filter screen. C. Replace the timer. D. Replace the salt absorption valve seat and clean the valve. E. Cleaning and salt absorption current limiting. F. Check the power supply. 2. Insufficient water in the salt tank: The reasons include A. Short watering time. The B salt valve is blocked. Solution A: Adjust the water injection time. Solution B: Clean the salt valve. 3. No salt absorption: Possible causes include A. Blockage of the salt absorption flow restrictor, B. Blockage of the injector, C. Blockage of the jet filter, D. Low pressure of the tap water supply, E. Internal leakage in the control valve. Treatment method A: Clean the salt absorption flow restrictor. B: Clean the injector. C: Clean it. D: Increase the water inlet pressure to above 2 Kg/cm2. E. Replace the sealing ring, isolation ring, and piston assembly.
