The company currently has 400 tons of copper sulfate; it would be more cost-effective to redissolve it in the electrolysis system or to sell it. How much do the resolubilization costs usually amount to, and how much can it be sold for? Everyone, please help come up with an idea!
You can calculate this first; as for selling it, it also depends on the quality of your product But since copper prices are low right now, let’s keep what we can for now

It’s definitely not cost-effective to produce electrolytic copper; copper sulfate has always yielded a higher value as a product. However, what you have now is only a crude product. In my opinion, if all the equipment needed for a copper sulfate production line is available, it would be better to dissolve the material again and undergo evaporation and crystallization processes in order to improve the quality of the copper sulfate before selling it. On the other hand, if you have sufficient funds tied up there, that’s fine; you can keep them and wait for better conditions before making a purchase (I personally think it will be difficult for copper prices to rise in the near future).
22% is not a high percentage; refining is impossible without the right equipment, so let’s make it into copper plates instead.
