What to do if the radiation health check fails?

Has anyone here encountered a situation where a radiation worker failed a medical examination? In my case, my white blood cell count was 3.6, while the normal range is above 4; my platelet count was 73, whereas the normal range is above 100. My employer requires me to go to the hospital for three more tests. I’m not sure what will happen – if anyone has faced a similar situation, please give me some advice.
