For the 4.3-meter rammed coke ovens, the coal cakes used to be 4 meters in size; since the output per oven was not sufficient, the height was increased by 10 centimeters, to 4.1 meters. It goes against the heating capacity of the coke oven; if you normally eat 3 steamed buns per meal and insist on eating one more, can you really tolerate that?
Going from 4 meters to 4.1 meters should not be a problem; increasing production requires raising the temperature. Also, take a look at how high-temperature heating works over there.
