Does the pressure drop when the heating steam in a steam-air preheater condenses into water (similar to a condenser)?

In a steam-air preheater, the heating steam should, during heat exchange, behave similar to the steam in a turbine condenser; does its pressure drop when it condenses into water? (There is a significant pressure drop at the exhaust outlet as it passes through the condenser.)
But when many boiler manufacturers perform calculations, it can be seen from the above enthalpy values that the pressure drop between them is actually very small; it’s not clear how they arrive at that figure
