Is there any teacher who is familiar with the production of ascorbyl palmitate?

I’ve done some research, and currently there are two methods for producing ascorbyl palmitate: the sulfate esterification method and the palmitoyl chloride esterification method. The sulfate method requires a large amount of sulfuric acid, and it’s unclear how to handle the byproducts resulting from its use. On the other hand, the palmitoyl chloride method involves toxic and harmful substances, and its operation is not easy either. Does anyone among the experts know something about the current production situation of this product in China? I would be extremely grateful if you could share your knowledge with me. Do several large companies have this product? Oil-soluble antioxidants are produced in very small quantities. I guess the large companies directly adjust the pH of the wastewater.
