We want to implement a gas desulfurization project using the alkaline desulfurization method. However, we don’t know how to deal with the by-products salts generated by the desulfurization solution; specifically, we don’t know how to handle mixed salts of sodium thiocyanate and sodium thiosulfate. Is there anyone who would be willing to purchase these salts, or are there any other good solutions? Thank you

I wonder how much a set of alkaline desulfurization equipment costs. Why not consider other desulfurization methods? The waste salt has no buyer, and it still has to be treated as solid waste, which incurs additional costs.
