National Day has arrived. We don’t have any time off at all. On duty every day, far away from home, unable to go back even if I want to. Private enterprises have nothing else to do but work. .
Not commenting on replies is a virtue. . . If there are layoffs, double compensation is required according to labor law – wishful thinking. . .
Private companies don’t lay off employees; they just make you resign on your own :( If you’re not satisfied, they assign you a different job
Sigh, I still don’t dare to file a lawsuit. . .
Employees can never win lawsuits against their employers. My former employer had a legal department: L Shh, don’t say anything – you might get punished
Not necessarily; there are always those who win the lawsuits.
No holidays? Is there overtime pay? Don’t state-owned enterprises’ production units also have shifts?
