Why do some factories use high-pressure oil pumps to supply oil between the bearings and bearing shells at both the front and back of the grinder, while low-pressure oil pumps are used to circulate and cool the returned high-pressure oil, returning it to the high-pressure side? Some manufacturers use a high-pressure oil pump at startup, and a low-pressure oil pump once the mill is operating normally. What is the difference between these two approaches, or is it related to the differences in mills among various manufacturers?
Recommendation: Use the high-pressure oil pump during startup, and the low-pressure oil pump once the mill is operating normally. Remember, a lot of wear and tear occurs during the startup phase!
