Normally, two pressure gauges would be sufficient; differential pressure meters are so expensive, so they are not recommended. If it is cleaned regularly, there is no need to install a pressure gauge.
It’s necessary; otherwise how would you know whether it’s blocked or not?
For regular cleaning, it’s sufficient to install two pressure gauges at the front and back.

I think, in terms of cost, installing two pressure gauges at the beginning and end is the most economical option. However, for maximum stability and convenience, a differential pressure transmitter can be used – just one pressure tap is sufficient, and domestic ones aren’t very expensive either
