The dry quenching unit I developed replaces the water quenching tower; it reduces the temperature of exhaust gas from over 500 degrees to 150 degrees within 1 second, while simultaneously recovering the heat from the exhaust gas to preheat the air to 400 degrees for use in the incinerator. It can reduce energy consumption, minimize equipment corrosion, and meet environmental protection requirements. It is now in use. For relevant materials, please contact zames@126.com.
