Can the catalytic main fan (including the standby unit) dry the furnace and the flue gas pipeline linings? Is it possible to heat the dryer and the flue gas duct linings (to 350 degrees is sufficient to ensure the safety of the linings throughout the winter, even at temperatures of minus 20 degrees) when the DCS and the main fans (including backup fans) are not available for use? Would it be feasible to use other devices to heat the furnace fans as a temporary replacement for the main fans (provided that multiple fans are used in parallel to achieve sufficient air volume)? Is there a problem?
As long as the temperature remains stable, it’s theoretically possible.
