Is a pH value of 7.46 for production wastewater considered acceptable?
There are many indicators for wastewater, not just one pH value
The pH seems to work well between 6 and 9; there are also other requirements such as ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids, COD, etc
China’s discharge standard for wastewater pH is 6–9; within this range, any pH value is considered acceptable. But one cannot rely solely on the pH value; other factors also need to be considered
PH6-9, there are other testing items as well, including even the characteristic factors of your company

I agree! They are almost all random statements that lack any specificity at all.
Simply in terms of the pH value, it should be qualified. Our pH control target for wastewater discharge is 6-9.
