Given the severe current environmental situation, acid and alkali leaks from the floor surface affect the environmental standards related to wastewater. Our factory currently uses marble tiles, with epoxy resin used to fill the gaps between them; however, this approach is not very effective, as leaks still occur whenever the acid and alkali treatment equipment is serviced. I wonder how others prevent leaks in their floors? :)
Acid-resistant tank bricks – they perform well; I’ve been using them for 6 years now and they’re still in good condition
Glass phosphide sheets provide corrosion protection; they remain in good condition after being used for over 6 years
Spray glass flake on the ground? Glass flake is acid-resistant, but it seems to be alkali-resistant
The marble one should work; it’s probably because the gaps weren’t properly handled
The marble itself is fine, but the joints are more difficult to deal with; thermal expansion and contraction can cause cracks. Once acids or alkalis seep in, they will deposit and cause corrosion, making it hard to address the issue. I wonder if any of you have used something like acid-alkali resistant paint that allows for a one-time application or overall coverage

We have been using acid- and alkali-resistant tile flooring, with mortar used for sealing the joints, and the results have always been good
First and foremost, it is necessary to ensure that the foundation does not collapse or crack; using corrosion-resistant bricks seems to be an ideal choice, as other options do not seem to work well.
