What are the fire separation distances required between torches and walls, roads, civil buildings, Class A and B factories or storage areas, as well as tank areas? ? Which provision states that? Thank you!

Building codes: 3.4.1, 3.4.3, 3.5.1, 3.5.2, 4.2.1, 4.2.9, 4.3.1; Petrochemical codes: 5.2.1, 4.2.12. It is advisable to consult the relevant codes in detail.
