Does that mean I’m not suited to stay at this company? 2. The boss is a person who thinks he’s very smart (and maybe he is somewhat intelligent), but has zero emotional intelligence; (1) he is extremely curious about employees’ private lives: how many people are in their family? What jobs are they, respectively? How many friends? What jobs are they, respectively? Do you have any relatives in this city? What jobs are they, respectively? How many roommates are there? What jobs are they, respectively? (2) While on a business trip, persuading female employees (although there are male employees present) to drink with Party A ； When drunk, they become talkative and keep saying all kinds of things about you ； He often “teases” female employees, forcing them to stay alone in a desolate small town on-site for a month. (3) Showing disdain and helplessness toward other employees in front of those who are on a business trip together; the inner thought should be: Good heavens, what kind of trash have I hired! (4) Since I joined the company, not a single task has been clearly assigned to me; there’s no reward for doing things well, and when I make mistakes, they don’t tell me face-to-face instead criticizing me behind my back with other employees. 3. The company’s only older female employee spends her days gossiping among the younger staff about this and that. The provision for the elderly is vividly reflected in her case. 4. The most important thing: I almost had a fight with my boss just now over work issues! I think I should change jobs again. I think it’s because of being young. I don’t have much experience either. But people have this kind of temper right after graduation too; they can turn hostile at any moment. I thought it was about taking responsibility for my work back then, but now it seems like complete stupidity. Because of this temper, I think I wasted almost three years. So, I really agree with what a colleague once told me: do your best; while learning and improving, you also hone your enthusiasm. If you truly feel you can’t go on, it’s better to part ways amicably. It’s not anyone’s fault; it’s just that one’s adaptability is poor.
