Is it easy to obtain approval for the project and complete the environmental impact assessment procedures for a water-coal slurry gasifier? I had thought of this technology, but someone said that it’s **no longer encouraged to use such technology these days; it’s almost impossible to get approval for projects or conduct environmental impact assessments, right?** **Are there restrictions in this regard?
