I am taking the exam for an intermediate professional title this year, and I have already passed the English test. Since I have a master’s degree, do I not need an assistant engineer certificate? Does graduating from graduate school mean becoming a teaching assistant? And then there are papers for professional titles – does anyone have any recommendations?
