During my last visit to a state-owned enterprise (Qilu Petrochemical), I noticed that their fans were quite small, yet they had a high airflow capacity; what’s more, the noise level was very low as well~! It’s been two years since I went there; I’ve forgotten the specific model and type of fan~~ Does anyone have any recommendations for similar fans? Currently, the biggest source of noise in the entire sulfur plant is the fan. . . .
I have been to two sulfur production facilities; the blowers used in the sulfur production furnaces and the exhaust gas furnaces are all supplied by Tangshan Qingyuan Environmental Protection Machinery Co., Ltd. You can look up more information about them online.
We also use those from Tangshan Qingyuan. During the testing in 2009, a malfunction occurred during the furnace heating phase due to issues with the assembly at the factory; after repairs, it operated normally. This fan is simple to operate, without complex oil circuits, cooling, or interlock systems.
Just replace the silencer, isn’t that enough? Is it really necessary to change the fan?
We installed a soundproof room right here, but the heat inside doesn’t dissipate at all. I’m really worried that during hot weather, high temperatures might affect the operation of the fans
We directly added two enclosures to the reactor fan here, and the on-site measurement showed 115 decibels!
Domestic fans are generally from Tangshan Qingyuan, while imported options include Gittinas and Haipeng
