What specifications should be referred to when arranging pry bar equipment?

Now, there is a jacking block in which absorption towers, separation towers, and associated heat exchangers need to be installed. Which standards should be referred to for this? HG20546?
It seems that there are currently no specific regulations regarding the layout of skid-mounted equipment; one can refer to the standard layout arrangements and treat them as part of the same fire compartment, with the main focus being to meet the needs for operation and maintenance
The SH3011-2000 General Rules for the Layout Design of Petrochemical Process Units can also be referred to.
My understanding of the concept of skid-mounted devices is not very deep; I simply think of them as lightweight, simply integrated equipment, where one or two small devices share a common base or something similar, and they can be installed in place by using a lever. Is that what it means? That’s all I know. I welcome any criticism or corrections from experts.
