Utilization of recycled wastewater

Currently, most of the circulating water used in coking processes has a high discharge volume. Could this water be used directly in biological wastewater treatment as an antifoaming agent? (Bactericides and algaecides are used in summer.) Are there any organizations that use it? I’d like to exchange ideas on this.
The backwash water from circulating water systems is generally routed through the rainwater system, as using the sewage system would incur disposal fees and increase operating costs； If there is no flow metering for wastewater discharge, the circulating water used for backwashing can be introduced into the wastewater system, thereby diluting the concentration of organic substances in the wastewater. If it is used for spraying, it can also help save on tap water costs, achieving two benefits at once.
If the circulating water is not polluted, its reuse must be considered to reduce costs.
