A client wants to purchase a dozen or so impellers and wear-resistant plates for Sulzer pumps, but when they contacted the Sulzer factory in Dalian, they were refused a quote; the factory insisted on knowing the specific name of the client and their industry. Does anyone know how to obtain these Sulzer pump spare parts? For example, one of them is an open impeller: 916196-0141-C pump=BB Sulzer A31-125, diameter: 220mm/OB272,5B44 Z6. The customer places orders every month, purchasing 2 or 3 impellers and wear-resistant plates each time.
Then just tell them the name and industry; legitimate companies are all registered to prevent fake products and avoid post-sale problems
That’s how Sulzer makes its money – if you don’t tell them the customer’s name and industry, they certainly won’t sell to you.
