Seeking help with the calculation of finned tube heat exchangers

Given the parameters of the heat exchanger, how should one choose the size of the fan? Are there any basic principles regarding this? I would appreciate some guidance from those who know more about this
First, the wind speed and flow rate should be calculated, after which the fan should be selected
Do you have any basic knowledge in this area? I haven’t been exposed to heat exchangers before.
I design air-cooled systems, but mainly for ship main engines, so there is no need to select fans. It is recommended to search online
Upstairs, does your air cooler use air to cool the oil?
