Is there a membrane through which methane can diffuse/infiltrate, but through which the gases inside cannot diffuse/infiltrate?

The requirements for the membrane are as follows: (1) The membrane must be able to be made into thin tubes; (2) Methane molecules must be able to diffuse from outside the membrane to inside it; (3) The gas inside the membrane must not leak out, or only in minimal amounts
It’s probably still mostly in the laboratory stage~~ There’s a lot of research activity in universities~~
