\"Management and Practice of Municipal Public Works\": The 016 edition of the exam textbook has no changes in page numbers compared to the 4th edition from 2015, nor is there any change in the structure of the textbook; however, upon close comparison, minor adjustments can be observed. There are few changes compared to the original textbook.
