Our company is seeking instrument technicians, requiring applicants to be between 20 and 26 years old. The company is located at the border between Ningbo and Fenghua, two cities along the coast; it is only a 10-minute drive from Ningbo city center. The first phase of production has already begun, and the construction of the second phase is underway. We are therefore looking for new employees to join us. With low salaries and the need to train new employees, it’s basically like running a training class. Low pay means that neither new nor experienced employees stay; once they learn the skills, they leave for other jobs……
